Richard Vargas
Sifu Richard Vargas. Gymnist at an early age. Began the study of Kung fu at the age of 67. Recieved 1st. degree Black in 1985. Continued to study Kung fu under Sifu Juan Meza and recieved 3rd.Degree Black in San Soo Kung Fu in 2000. Has served as judge in tournaments, taught San Soo in Whittier California (Community Center), assistant instructor Bell Park Kung Fu, Bell ,California. Still in the arts at the age of 82.
